Returns Policy

All returns(damaged or not) must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You must call or email for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We will need the following information to authorise your return:

. Customer Name

. Invoice Number

. Nature of Problem

Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be declined and returned to the sender or disposed of.

If you need to return undamaged merchandise, it must be in its original condition (unused) and in its original package with all product information including warranty cards and manuals. It must be in a resaleable condition. Items returned without meeting this criteria will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.

Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all postage charges back to Pampered Cats Playground on returned items. We will pay for the postage charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) back to the customer.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If merchandise is returned without notification of damage, the buyer will be reponsible for the damaged merchandise. A RMA is required prior to returning goods to Pampered Cats Playground. Items returned without an RMA will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. Damaged merchandise will be replaced, a credit given or your payment returned. The choice is yours.

Minimum Order Policy

You are free to order whatever quantity you require. No restrictions, except availabilty, exist on order quantities.

We stock every item found on our website so that we can process your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Orders are sent by Australian Post. If you prefer to pick up your goods, please contact me to arrange a suitable time.

Errors and Omissions Policy

Pampered Cats Playground is not liable for any misprints, errors or omissions which include, but are not limited to, graphics, incorrect pricing or product specifications.
